Many of you are asking me for a natural cough syrup and remedy for onset cold and flu symptoms.

This recipe is helpful for cough, fever, sinus infection, congestion, sore throat and I was told from one client that it helped with her allergies. It works really really well!

Try it and see for yourself, and feel free to provide me with feedback if you choose. The ingredients can be found at any health food store or bought online at Vitacost.com.

INGREDIENTS:
• ¼ tsp. Organic Cayenne
• ¼ tsp. Fresh Organic Grated Ginger
• ¼ tsp. Organic Turmeric
• 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (an organic one, like Bragg’s with the mother is preferred.)
• 2 Tbsp. Purified Water
• 1 Tbsp. Honey (used a locally produced organic raw honey, if possible. I used the brand Really Raw Honey) Or Homemade Organic Black Strap Molasses (I use the brand: Plantation)

DIRECTIONS:
• Dissolve Cayenne & Ginger in the Apple Cider Vinegar and Purified Water.
• Add the raw honey or Black Strap Molasses & Shake well.
• Take 1 Tbsp. as needed.

*BONUS:
• Mince 1 Organic Garlic Clove and mix it in with ¼ tsp. of Turmeric and the Juice of a Freshly Squeezed Organic Lemon.
• Consume 3x's throughout the day and this will cut your cold in ½ or Kill the cold or flu altogether.
